Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. By completing your Direct Debit Instruction, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Skintap is a private skin clinic operated by a registered nurse holding a current and valid NMC registration. All clinical services are delivered by appropriately qualified and registered practitioners. Our clinic is committed to providing safe, ethical, and evidence-based aesthetic and skincare services in full compliance with UK law and professional regulatory standards.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, references to "Skintap", "we", "us", or "our" mean the clinic operator. References to "you", "your", or "Member" mean the individual who has entered into a membership agreement with us. "Credit" means the monthly monetary credit associated with your membership tier. "Prescription-Only Medicines" (POMs) refers to any medicine classified as prescription-only under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. "Billing Date" means the date each month on which your Direct Debit is collected.
