Select the membership that best suits your skin goals and budget. All tiers include monthly credit equivalent to your fee.

Set Up Direct Debit

Complete a GoCardless Direct Debit Instruction. Your first payment is collected 3 working days after your advance notice email.

Redeem Your Credit

Use your monthly credit against consultations, treatments, and skincare at Skintap. Credit accumulates if unused.

Track Your Progress

Receive monthly credit balance updates and, on Refined and Signature tiers, personalised skin analysis reports.

PAYMENT

All membership fees are collected monthly by Bacs Direct Debit via GoCardless. You will receive an advance notice email confirming the amount and date before your first payment is collected.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Cancelling your Direct Debit mandate with your bank does not constitute cancellation of your membership.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date your membership commences. If you cancel within this period without using any services, a full refund will be issued.

CREDIT

Monthly credit is equivalent in value to your membership fee and accumulates if unused. Credit expires 90 days after membership ends and has no cash value.

CLINICAL SUITABILITY

Complimentary treatments, including Bright Peel, are subject to clinical suitability assessment prior to each appointment. We reserve the right to decline treatment on clinical grounds.

PRESCRIPTION-ONLY MEDICINES

Membership credit cannot be used to purchase Prescription-Only Medicines. POMs are not advertised publicly and are discussed only during private clinical consultations.
